Postdoctoral position in optics: development of infrared GRIN lenses via femtosecond laser structuring. Beam shaping (Bessel), phase/index characterization, reduction of scattering, and validation of advanced optics for compact imaging.

Within the Production team, reporting to the Workshop Manager, you take part in various stages of product assembly and actively contribute to R&D projects in collaboration with optical engineers.

You will be responsible for: designing, assembling, and testing innovative prototypes; developing new features for the CANUNDA product range; contributing to the continuous improvement of these products; and installing and testing prototypes and new products at customer sites.

You will be the conductor of automated laser systems. Your role: to design, manage, optimize, and ensure the reliability of next-generation technological solutions while contributing to R&D projects, industrial pilots, and the digital transformation of laser processes.
