Could you introduce yourself in a few words?
"I am Asmae Mahfoud, Laser Business Line Director at MAZAK France. With an engineering background specializing in metallurgy, I left Morocco several years ago to pursue my studies and build a career around a passion that has always driven me: laser technologies and their impact on industry.
For more than fifteen years, I have been working in the industrial machinery sector, from business development and complex project management to organizational transformation. Today, I am particularly excited to contribute to the growth of MAZAK's laser solutions in France."

How did you discover the CLP, and why did you decide to join?
"The Club Laser et Procédés is a key reference within the French laser ecosystem.
I became familiar with the CLP throughout my professional career through industrial stakeholders, technical events, and discussions focused on innovations in the sector.
Joining the CLP was an obvious choice for MAZAK. It provides an opportunity to share knowledge, contribute to discussions on future technologies, and strengthen relationships among the various players in the laser industry."
What do you expect from this collaboration with the CLP?
"Above all, I look forward to meaningful exchanges between industrial companies, researchers, integrators, and end users.
