IREPA LASER – PIONEERING INNOVATION FOR A SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRY
Democratising laser technologies and securing their applications.

For over 40 years, IREPA LASER, a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest (SCIC), has been supporting industry in its transformation towards more competitive and sustainable production through laser technologies.

Our commitment: to innovate differently, with meaning and responsibility.
Our mission: to develop innovative laser-based manufacturing solutions and implement them in the field, in complete safety.

Thanks to our expertise, we democratise laser technologies and secure their applications, enabling companies to meet the industrial challenges of today and tomorrow.

OUR CORE BUSINESS – 4 complementary areas of laser expertise

We work on a wide range of laser processes, adapted to different materials, from metal to polymers. Our four complementary areas of expertise – laser welding, additive manufacturing, laser erosion and laser process safety – meet the most demanding industrial needs.

OUR CUSTOMISED R&D SOLUTIONS

IREPA LASER offers customised industrial research and development solutions tailored to the specific needs of each sector. Our laser expertise supports demanding industries such as aeronautics, space, energy, electric mobility and defence, providing concrete and directly applicable innovations.

These advanced R&D offerings enable our customers to optimise their processes, improve their performance and accelerate their transition to more competitive and sustainable production.

TRAINING & AWARENESS – our LASER ACADEMY training centre

Through its LASER ACADEMY training centre, IREPA LASER prepares industry professionals for laser processes and the strict safety standards associated with them. Every year, more than 1,300 industrialists benefit from our training courses on laser safety or advanced techniques.

In addition, we actively participate in the National Commission for Optical and Laser Safety (CoNSOL) of Photonics France, and all our trainers are certified, guaranteeing reliable, recognised and directly applicable teaching in the field.

A LEADING-EDGE OPERATIONAL PLATFORM

IREPA LASER relies on a team of 30 employees – PhDs, PhD students, engineers and technicians – and a scalable machine park equipped with a dozen laser sources and robots to meet the most demanding industrial challenges.

This infrastructure enables us to:

          develop robust and reliable processes,
design innovative products with low carbon impact,
ensure agile production, from single units to series production,
directly train our customers' teams for sustainable skills development.

Thanks to this combination of human expertise and advanced technical resources, IREPA LASER provides concrete, high-performance solutions tailored to the industrial challenges of today and tomorrow.

RECOGNITION & CERTIFICATIONS

IREPA LASER has been awarded recognised labels and certifications, attesting to the excellence of its services and its commitment to quality and innovation:
